Leeann is a graduate of Cedarville University with a degree in Psychology and Behavioral Science and has worked for over 15 years as a medical equipment sales representative. Before that, she worked for 15 years in the field of Developmental Disabilities in a variety of leadership positions.

Leeann struggled with her weight even as a child and understands how it can affect one’s self-esteem. After having children, Leeann became a fitness/health enthusiast and knows the struggles and challenges of losing those last few pounds or inches. She wants to help others feel better about their appearance and increase their self-esteem. 

Leeann is married with 4 children and enjoys spending time with family, working out, running, going to concerts, and spending time with friends.

Dr. Shri Rao

Medical Director

Dr. Rao is an internal medicine physician born and raised in India. He owns and operates Ageless Integrated Medicine in Cincinnati. Dr. Rao obtained his MD degree at Mysore Medical College, a prestigious medical school in India. While attending school, he received the University’s gold medal (meaning he scored the highest in the entire university). He completed his internal medicine residency at Albany Medical Center in New York. While there, he served as chief resident in internal medicine. Additionally, Dr. Rao completed extensive research in cardiology for 4 years at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, a world-renowned cardiology institute. 

Dr. Rao has written several book chapters and has many publications. He received board certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2000. He is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and Kentucky. He is a life member of AAPI (American Association of Physicians of India).

Dr. Rao is a very compassionate physician who listens to his patients. He believes in partnering with patients to achieve their health & wellness needs. His passions include helping patients achieve their ideal health. 

As a physician, he desires to learn new methods and technologies to help patients. During this pursuit, he developed an interest in stem cell therapy. With stem cell therapy, patients suffering from various medical conditions, including chronic arthritis and neurological disorders, get the needed help. He obtained extensive training in using PRP for patients with arthritis, and fat stem cell harvesting and injections at the Cedar Stem Cell Institute.

Jessica Tarnawa

Jessica is a graduate of Chamberlin University and has been a Nurse Practitioner for 4 years. Prior to becoming a NP, she worked for 10 years in dermatological surgery. Since then, she has worked in regenerative medicine, aesthetics, and obesity medicine. 

Jessica has 2 children and 3 dogs. She enjoys traveling, science and learning new things but her favorite spare time activity is spending time with her grandson.

Jessica loves making people feel better about themselves and helping them find their best selves. She is to continue this and embark on this new journey with Simply Sculpt!

Aly Swingle

NP: PROVIDER

Aly is a certified nurse practitioner and graduate from Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She has over 5 years of critical  care experience at Ohio State Wexner.

She enjoys traveling, working out, fashion, and spending time with family and friends. 

Aly is dedicated to helping her patients achieve and maintain their weight loss goals. She also has a passion for skincare and aesthetics and making people feel confident in their own skin.

Melanie Baldner

Melanie is a graduate of Capital University and Mount Carmel College of Nursing. She is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of diverse medical experience in obesity medicine, neuroscience, orthopedics, and nursing leadership. Melanie has a passion for helping individuals achieve their best selves, both inside and out. Her journey in the world of medicine has taken her through various specialties, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of healthcare.
 
Melanie is married with 3 children and and a dog. She enjoys traveling, cooking, Broadway musicals, theatre, ballet, and singing. When able, she still sings in a choir led by her college choir director. 

Melanie is committed to helping people feel confident in their own skin and is excited to help patients achieve their health goals.
